We're best known for our competitions which are both educational and fun! They highlight the best of am dram across the county and, more importantly, give help, guidance and support at all levels through our adjudications written by experienced and objective teams. Over the course of the year we have a competition for musicals and youth musicals as well as one for full length plays. Over the winter months we have a competition for pantomimes and seasonal shows and in the spring we hold the County Drama Festival. This is a two day festival featuring a series of one-act plays (including original plays) performed by different societies from across the county. We also have a competition for playwrights from across the south west of England.
